A new video had emerged on internet in which Afrobeat musician, Seun Kuti, is seen bragging about having slapped several police officers beacuse according to him ‘I know who I’m’ (Fela pikin).
The exact time of the video is yet to be ascertained, but it would be unhelpful for Seun, whose arrest had already been ordered by the Inspector-General of Police.
He was heard in the video boasting that he slaps them because he knows who he is (Fela pikin).
Seun said, “Some of una police go slap una, una go come Instagram to explain. You know how many police I don tear slap?” he asked in pidgin.
“They say because you be Fela pikin’. You no know to say na because Jesus be God pikin e fit die for you? You must know who you are before you make your move. So, I make my move because I know who I am…,
Recall that the Police Service Commission had supported the call for his arrest and demanded for swift prosecution.
