The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, have declared Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani the winner of the Adamawa governorship election.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner for the state, Barrister Hudu Yunusa made the declaration Sunday morning following the supplementary election held on Saturday.
