A member of the All Progressives Congress has been shot dead by a soldier in Cross River State.
It was gathered that the incident happened on Saturday morning at Ogoja in the northern senatorial district.
The victim, who was simply identified as Joe, was allegedly shot dead for creating a rowdy scene in a polling centre.
When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer SP Irene Ugbo, confirmed the incident, saying “that is the information we got.”
