The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, in the presidential election, was given a rousing reception as he passed through Delta and Edo State on Saturday, where he eventually stopped over to thank the residents for the overwhelming support they gave him.
In Delta State, the crowd got estatic, shouting “Obi, Obi, Obi” as the Labour Party candidate waved on.

The same was the case when he reached Benin-City in Edo State. The ovation was simply defeaning.
