The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, has visited Nigeria’s former president, Goodluck Jonathan, ahead of next year’s presidential election.
Obi shared pictures of the visit on his Twitter page on Thursday, saying he and Jonathan exchanged views on issues of national importance during the meeting.
Their discussion covered arrays of national interest questions ahead of the election, the former Anambra governor said.

“I recently visited my senior brother, H.E. @GEJonathan to exchange views on an array of serious national interest questions. -PO,” Obi captioned the pictures.
