Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi on Tuesday met with leader of Afenifere, Pa Ayo Adebanjo and members of the South and Middle Belt Leadership Forum.
The former Anambra State Governor disclosed this in a tweet on Tuesday, saying the national leaders of the Labour Party and other stakeholders were present at the meeting.
He wrote: “Presently visiting Pa Ayo Adebanjo and members of the South and Middle Belt Leadership Forum. The National leaders of the Labour Party and other stakeholders are here too. -PO”
This comes few days after Obi visited the Olu of Warri, His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse.
Although the agenda of the meeting was not revealed, it cannot be unconnected with the 2023 general elections.
