At least ten persons are feared dead in an explosion that occurred at an illegal refinery situated in Uzuaku Community in the Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State.
While three persons reportedly died at the scene of the incident which reportedly occured on Friday evening, seven others later died in the hospital where they were rushed to for medical treatment.
This comes barely two weeks after a fire explosion killed over 100 persons at an illegal crude oil refining site in Ohaji Egbema, Imo State.
