
Nigeria’s police chief, Mohammed Adamu, has rejected reports by global rights organisation, Amnesty International, that police officers shot at #EndSARS protesters.
Inspector General Adamu said, in a statement on Friday by Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, that his officers “acted professionally, exercised commendable restraints and some paid the supreme price for peace during the recent protests and ensuing violence in some parts of the country.”
