The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 64 new coronavirus cases in four states and the federal capital territory, Abuja.
The NCDC announced this via its Twitter handle on Monday night.
This now brings the total number of confirmed cases of the infection in the country to 1,337.
Of the news cases, 34 were recorded in Lagos, 15 in FCT, 11 in Borno and two each in Taraba and Gombe.
The good news was however that no new death was recorded.
The NCDC said that 16 persons were discharged, bringing the total number of recoveries to 255.
