The Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, has alleged that its leader, Ibraheem El-Zakzaky is being caged and treated like a criminal in India and not allowed any freedom.
The Chairman, Free El-Zakzaky Committee, Abubakar Abdurahman, said this on Wednesday, saying the IMN leader may be brought back to Nigeria if the condition in the hospital did not improve.
“We are already holding discussions about the plan. We may bring him back to Nigeria if the condition in the hospital did not improve.
“Since he arrived at the hospital, they have caged him like a criminal. Security was heightened and this was instigated by America, India and Israeli governments,” he said.
On whether he has evidence of the governments’ complicity, Abdulrahman said he would provide it “at the appropriate time.”
El-Zakzaky and his wife, Zenat were flown to India on Monday for medical treatment after a Kaduna High granted them permission to travel abroad for medical treatment.
